aspirations

So I'm thinking about doing some freelance design work for some extra income. Is that stupid? I've been doing some dreaming about it today, which feels good because it's honestly been hard for me to do that or be creative since we moved to GB. I'm going to a Zig Ziglar motivational seminar tomorrow, so maybe I'll be motivated to get the ball rolling with that.

We had a great small group tonight. We did a cookout at a park, and I had a good debate with a die-hard Brewers fan, and we talked about good ol' Missouri and what we miss about it (he went to Evangel for a couple of years).

We've got Convoy this weekend, and the youth group is coming up. Looking forward to seeing everybody. Then only 2 weeks till Labor Day! I don't want summer to end. We'll be snowed in till next April.
