So as I wrote earlier in the week, I opened for Decemberadio last Friday. It was a great experience for me, especially because it was my first chance to perform outside a traditional church worship service. Everything went really well, even though I was nervous and kept thinking I was going to forget all of the words. I even wrote a song for it, which is a big deal for me, I'm not really a songwriter.
Decemberadio was awesome. I honestly had not heard much of their stuff before this event, just a couple of songs on the radio. They tore it up though, and even covered a Kansas and Lenny Kravitz song. Very entertaining! I'll have a youtube video with my song on it as soon as our internet quits messing up.
Really excited about going home for a few days tomorrow!
